VA-MONT has successfully delivered a large-scale industrial installation in Germany. This project involved the complex assembly of a multi-level automated sorting facility, requiring high-precision structural steelwork and advanced mechanical integration within a massive warehouse environment.
Our Scope of Work:
Multi-Tiered Structural Assembly: Constructing expansive, multi-level steel frameworks and maintenance platforms featuring safety-yellow handrails and integrated walkways.
Heavy-Duty Mechanical Rigging: Executing synchronized heavy lifts of large machinery components and conveyor segments using specialized high-reach equipment, including Magni and Manitou telehandlers.
Automated System Integration: Precision installation of long-span automated conveyor lines and sorting modules across several vertical levels.
Safety-Centric Execution: Coordinating multi-team operations using various access machinery, such as scissor lifts, while maintaining strict adherence to industrial safety standards.
