VA-MONT has successfully completed a technically demanding installation in Austria, involving the integration of specialized industrial modules into a high-capacity facility. This project centered on the transport and precise positioning of massive designed units, essential for advanced material processing and sorting operations.
Our Scope of Work:
Executing high-complexity lifts of large-scale cabins and processing units using heavy-duty crawler cranes and specialized rigging tackle.
Coordinating the transport of oversized industrial modules using multi-axle heavy-load trailers to ensure safe delivery to the installation site.
Operating under challenging winter conditions, including snow and nighttime schedules, to maintain strict project timelines.
Mounting heavy units onto elevated steel frameworks and integrating them with existing facility infrastructure, such as ventilation ducting and conveyor platforms.
Installation of automated conveyor networks and material sorting lines within a massive, high-ceilinged industrial shell.
