Project Overview

VA-MONT has successfully executed a major industrial installation in Greece. This project focused on the assembly and integration of a high-capacity waste management and automated sorting system within a large-scale recycling facility.

Our Scope of Work:
Automated Conveyor Integration: Installation of extensive, multi-lane conveyor networks designed for the continuous transport and sorting of recyclable materials.
Heavy Structural Steelwork: Constructing robust overhead steel frames and multi-tiered support structures to house complex sorting machinery and elevated walkways.
Precision Mechanical Lifting: Utilizing specialized crane trucks and mobile lifting equipment to position heavy conveyor segments and structural components within the facility's interior.
Safety & Access Infrastructure: Fitting industrial-grade stairs, safety railings, and maintenance platforms to ensure safe operator access throughout the automated lines.
Specialized Machinery Deployment: Coordinating the use of scissor lifts and high-reach platforms to perform technical assembly at height.
The VA-MONT Difference

The Greece project showcases our expertise in transforming empty industrial shells into fully operational, high-tech processing plants. By managing everything from the primary structural bolts to the final mechanical calibration of the conveyor belts, VA-MONT continues to deliver the precision and reliability required for the future of sustainable industrial logistics.
