VA-MONT has successfully completed a complex industrial installation in Netherlands. This project focused on the intricate assembly of high-capacity processing equipment, advanced ventilation ducting, and the heavy-duty steel infrastructure necessary to support large-scale industrial operations.
Our Scope of Work:
Structural Steel & Platform Integration: Construction of multi-level steel frameworks, including safety-rated mezzanines, grating walkways, and secure handrail systems to ensure full operational access.
Industrial Ventilation & Ducting: Installation of large-diameter spiral ducting and exhaust systems designed for high-efficiency airflow and environmental control.
Mechanical Equipment Assembly: Precise positioning and mounting of heavy industrial machinery, including hoppers, filtration units, and automated processing components.
Complex Spatial Coordination: Navigating a dense "brownfield" environment to integrate new systems around existing structural beams and utility lines with surgical precision.
